About The Role
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for a Chef Manager role at our Malmsbury site.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
* Prepare and present fresh meals at scale in a high-volume environment
* Manage special dietary requirements
* Oversee daily kitchen operations: food preparation, service, dishwashing, and cleaning
* Maintain strict food safety and compliance standards
* Deliver efficient, professional service within a secure and structured environment
About You
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Current Food Safety Supervisor Certification
* Experience leading teams in high-volume catering, healthcare, corrections, or similar environments
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work confidently within a regulated setting
* Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
