Administration Officer Role

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient administration and priority management of the mailbox to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
* Administer, coordinate, and manage requests for quotes and variation requests in accordance with organizational procedures.
* Manage user databases and perform ad hoc admin tasks as required to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
* Maintain reporting spreadsheets to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Engage with stakeholders to assist in query resolution and provide exceptional customer service.
* Assist with invoicing and other supporting activities on an ad hoc basis to meet business needs.
Requirements:
* Must be an Australian citizen.
* Possess or be willing to obtain and maintain a Baseline Personnel Security Clearance.
