Overview
GWG Recruitment is partnering with Coal LSL to recruit an Enterprise Portfolio Lead within the Strategy & Development Division. Coal LSL is a Commonwealth Government entity responsible for managing a portable long service leave scheme for workers in the mining industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to help uplift enterprise portfolio management capability across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, you will strengthen governance, improve visibility and reporting across strategic initiatives, and support consistent delivery practices enterprise wide.
Responsibilities
* Leading improvements across portfolio governance, reporting, prioritisation, RAID management and benefits tracking
* Supporting enterprise-wide visibility and informed decision‐making across strategic initiatives
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to align initiatives with organisational priorities, capacity and risk appetite
* Leading and supporting consistent project delivery standards across the organisation
* Developing fit‐for‐purpose frameworks, processes and delivery playbooks to strengthen capability and accountability
Qualifications
* Experience uplifting PMO, portfolio or enterprise delivery capability within a complex or evolving environment
* Strong understanding of governance, portfolio reporting, benefits realisation and delivery frameworks
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly
* Experience working across diverse enterprise initiatives spanning areas such as technology, HR, legislative and strategic business change
* Relevant Program, Portfolio or Project Management certifications such as MSP, P3O, PRINCE2, Agile or SAFe will be highly regarded
