The opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Specialists to join our team, supporting claims management across a large, national transport operation. This role plays a critical part in overseeing vehicle, property and third-party injury claims, while working closely with our insurer partners, including QBE.
You'll be involved in:
* Managing the end-to-end processing of all claims across Kinetic, including motor, property, and third-party injury.
* Acting as the key liaison for QBE insurance- related matters.
* Leading and guiding evidence collection and investigation processes.
* Managing purchase order and repair shop-related invoices for claims-related activity.
The boxes you'll tick:
* Experience in a similar role preferably in a customer-oriented environment.
* Excellent planning and organisation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work within a team.
* High level computer literacy.
* Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
