Job Title: Installation Administrator
About the Role
This is a pivotal role in our customer service culture, representing our company brand with pride.
As the last touch point for our customers, your primary goal is to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded while maintaining operational efficiency.
Your typical day will involve:
* Contacting customers via phone to confirm scheduled installation
* Promptly responding to customers' phone enquiries, troubleshooting any issues that arise
* Processing daily orders
* Ensuring all daily planned service and installation requirements are actioned
* Providing after sales support and managing warranty resolutions
* Ensuring all daily and cycle procurement requirements are actioned to meet our customer service commitments along with maintaining minimum stock levels
About You
We're looking for an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
You'll be a committed team player who contributes to a positive work environment, being pragmatic in providing quality customer service.
Confidence on the phone and experience handling service-related escalations are essential.
You'll have:
* Exposure to the building industry, particularly windows would be advantageous
* Previous exposure or ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM SAP
* Desire and ability to develop product knowledge
* Experience handling service related escalations
