Job Description:
This part-time, permanent role will assist the Service Coordinator with day-to-day operations and management of a team of Educators. You will work collaboratively with families and the school community to develop quality programs, providing exceptional support to children.
About the Position:
You will be supported by a dedicated management team, consisting of the Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Regional Manager and OSHC Manager. Your contributions will make a real difference in the lives of children.
Responsibilities:
* Program Development: Develop and manage high-quality programs that cater to the needs of children.
* Staff Management: Assist with staff management and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Administration: Undertake administrative tasks and maintain effective administration systems.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant Qualifications: Completed relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (Minimum Diploma in Children's Services).
* Experience and Skills: Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for delivering quality childcare. Excellent customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
