About the opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisorto join the team at Burwood. As a Service Adviser, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
* Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
* Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
* Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
* Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes
* Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
About you
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a genuine focus on customer care, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions while keeping things moving in a busy environment.
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor (highly regarded) or in banking, real estate, or other customer-facing roles
* Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
* Professional, proactive, and confident in presentation
* KPI-driven with the ability to upsell additional work where required
* Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) advantageous
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working both autonomously and as part of a team
