Are you passionate about leading teams and creating meaningful impact in the disability sector? As our Team Success Manager, you'll empower and support Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services within the NDIS. This role is central to shaping a thriving team through strong leadership, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development. You'll also drive staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives, ensuring every team member feels valued, supported, and equipped to succeed. With your guidance, our workforce will be motivated, skilled, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of participants.

Core Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development

* Supervise and coach Support Workers to deliver high-quality services.
* Conduct regular feedback sessions, coaching, and annual performance reviews.
* Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning interventions.
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
* Develop a staff wellbeing and engagement action plan.

2. Recruitment, Onboarding & Maintaining Documentation

* Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new Support Workers.
* Track staffing requirements and proactively plan for capacity needs.
* Contribute to annual workforce planning reviews and staffing strategy.
* Manage maintenance of all employee documentation including annual auditing

3. Rostering Coordination (Shared with Operations)

* Collaborate on roster planning and changes ensuring compliance with legislation.
* Communicate roster updates to staff and relevant stakeholders.

4. Team Performance & Service Quality

* Review and follow up on shift notes to identify areas for improvement, participant or employee needs and celebrate high performance.
* Maintain up-to-date records of staff certifications, competencies, and training status.
* Monitor trends in incident reports and staff complaints to pre-emptively address burnout or risk.
* Proactively identify and manage OHS matters in line with QLD legislations

5. Internal Communication & Admin

* Monitor and respond to emails, text and calls related to staff in a timely manner.
* Support Worker team meetings and maintain communication consistency across the workforce.
* Review and approve timesheets to ensure accurate invoicing and wages
* Review shift notes to identify opportunities to upskill support workers, provide training interventions or coaching as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

* Has demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with a focus on people development.
* Understands the disability sector, with awareness of the NDIS and industry frameworks (desirable but not necessary).
* Is proactive, organised, and confident managing rostering, documentation, and compliance.
* Can foster a positive, inclusive culture and support staff wellbeing.
* Thrives in a dynamic environment and brings resilience, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

* High levels of team satisfaction and staff retention.
* Accurate and compliant rostering practices.
* Improved training participation and completion rates.
* Reduced performance issues through proactive engagement.

Salary is a base with performance bonuses for meeting key performance goals.
