About the Role
We're searching for a warm, organised, and professional Clinic Receptionist to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics – Eastlands.
As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for the client experience — ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, supported, and excited about their treatment journey.
You'll thrive in a busy clinic environment and have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanour.

What You'll Do
* Greet clients with genuine warmth and professionalism
* Manage bookings, appointments, and client communication using Zenoti
* Support daily clinic operations including stock management, payments, and reporting
* Work closely with therapists and the Clinic Manager to maintain smooth, efficient workflow
* Keep the reception area organised, clean, and reflective of the SILK standard
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)
* Experience working in a clinical setting is highly regarded
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and confidence multitasking
