About The Role The Head of Medical Services Operations is accountable for end-to-end workforce execution across our doctor network. This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Clayfield Support Office.
This is a highly execution-focused leadership role – bringing together workforce planning, recruitment delivery, onboarding, rostering, remuneration, productivity, and operational support into one cohesive, high-performing function. You will translate strategy into action, using data and analytics to drive decisions, optimise performance, and deliver measurable outcomes at pace.
This Role Carries Significant Organisational Influence. You Will
Lead workforce planning and forecasting to align doctor capacity with service demand
Optimise recruitment pipelines, onboarding, and time-to-productivity
Drive productivity, utilisation, and service performance across the medical workforce
Build and embed robust analytics, reporting, and performance frameworks
Lead transformation programs that improve efficiency, engagement, and commercial outcomes
Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management across workforce operations
Partner closely with senior medical stakeholders to influence decisions and improve service delivery
Elevate the doctor experience through responsive, professional, and data-informed operational support

Ability to engage and influence senior medical professionals and stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of productivity, cost, and service performance drivers
Experience leading transformation or workforce improvement initiatives
