The Role
Join Stryker's Upper Extremities business and take ownership of a Sydney territory. You'll drive growth across public and private hospitals, build deep surgeon relationships, and be a trusted presence in theatre supporting shoulder and upper limb procedures.

What You'll Do
* Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
* Build strong surgeon and hospital relationships
* Provide expert, reliable support in theatre
* Grow adoption across an implant‐led portfolio
* Manage pricing, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
* Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team
What You'll Bring
Required
* 3+ years Territory Management or B2B sales experience with results
* Strong commercial mindset and territory ownership
* Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
* Resilience, drive, and accountability
Preferred
* Medical Device / Pharma / Life Sciences experience
* Understanding of Australian hospital systems
* Comfortable working in operating theatres
