The Finance, Procurement and Facilities Branch is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective use of departmental resources. Its activities encompass the development, monitoring and analysis of the department's business and operational performance. It ensures compliance with financial legislation and directives and provision of specific purpose financial reports. It develops innovative and effective financial approaches to investment and funding opportunities.
**Your Opportunity**:
As the Corporate Services Officer you will provide services across the range of human resource, financial and facilities management functions to the region and participate in the implementation of systemic priorities and initiatives.
**About the Role**:
As the Corporate Services Officer your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support to the Manager Financial Advisory Services in relation to budget monitoring and reporting.
- Monitor the effective use of staffing resources managed on behalf of the region.
- Analyse and interpret finance, human resource management and budget data, and provide advice to regional management.
- Assist with the development of financial and personnel management practices with the corporate area.
