About you
You will have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures with excellent Health and Safety awareness. Ideally, you will have good interpersonal and communication skills, along with team work capabilities and be able to accept responsibility.
Role Overview
As a Production Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production process, assembling products and ensuring production targets are met in safe and efficient manner.
Preferred Key Skills
- Experience working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment
- Understanding of Workplace OH&S; in a factory/manufacturing environment
- Modern high speed machine operation
- Autonomous maintenance systems
- ISO 9001 awareness and understanding
- Computer use (intermediate level) and basic understanding of touch screen technology
- Working in a team, working on own initiative and responsible for personal self-development
- LF Fork Lift Licence
- Training will be provided, but the following key attributes are desired
- Be interested in technical and engineering activities
- Be able to conceptualise and think creatively
- Be able to identify, analyse and solve problems
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have team work capabilities and be able to accept responsibility
