Overview
Based in Bunbury, our client is a privately-owned Western Australian business seeking a permanent full-time Administration / Accounts Payable officer to join their busy team. The Successful candidate will report to the Administration Manager and is responsible for the effective administrative support and efficient processing of the accounts payable for the team.
Responsibilities
Administration tasks such as banking and post
Processing customer invoices
Taking customer payments
First point of contact for customers
Answering phones/walk-ins and assisting customers accordingly
General office support to assist site managers
Ensure AP invoices are entered accurately and on time
Generation of weekly/daily creditor payments by EFT
Qualifications
Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate spreadsheet skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail & accuracy skills
Customer service experience
Willingness to learn new tasks
Works well with a small team or independently
Proactive and self motivated
