We are seeking a strategic thinking, people focussed Regional Manager, who will enable growth and build a client base within the brewing, pharmaceutical, water and food & beverage industries!
Our client operates nationally, with modern offices and workshops in Melbourne, Perth & Brisbane.
The Regional Manager position will play a pivotal role in business development, relationship management and strategic business planning. You will work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Project Managers to ensure deliver of projects to the highest industry standard. You will oversee process improvement, maintain budgets and ensure all staff are managed effectively.
Our Regional Manager will have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience as Operations Manager in a business of a similar size and industry.
You are a people person and skilled networker with the ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with all key stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational, time management and analytical skills are required to manage many priorities in a energetic work environment.
You will have the capability to oversee HSEQ frameworks.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
You must be strong at developing processes and excellent at supporting change to ensure continuous improvements are identified and implemented.
Ensure effective leadership practices are demonstrated throughout organisation
You will have strong computer skills and a keen interest in enhancing efficiency through the use of technology.
Previous experience in the food and beverage processing industry or Stainless Steel Fabrication and Installation is desirable.
Must be based in Melbourne.
A current C class drivers licence is required.
