We're a growing electrical contracting business servicing residential and light commercial clients. We have strong systems in place for quoting, pricing, and job management, and a solid team of electricians already on the tools.
We're now looking for a Senior Electrician / Lead Tradesman to take ownership of on-site work, support the team, and represent the business professionally with clients.
This role is for someone who wants responsibility, trust, and long-term stability — not just another job on the tools.
The Role
As our Senior Electrician / Lead Tradesman, you will act as the technical and on-site leader for jobs.
You will be responsible for:
* Running jobs on site and making technical decisions
* Handling diagnostics and problem solving
* Quoting and presenting work on site using our quoting app (pricing is already set)
* Confidently explaining scope, options, and pricing to customers
* Closing work on site where appropriate
* Supporting and mentoring other electricians
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
* Liaising with the office and Project Manager to keep jobs running smoothly
You will not be expected to price jobs from scratch or chase admin — systems are already in place.

This is not a FIFO role, high-pressure sales role, or micromanaged position.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Tradesman assist, Tool management, Running job sites, ordering materials, assisting on jobs & possibly driving work van
What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified electrician
* Minimum 8+ years industry experience
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
* Reliable, calm, and level-headed under pressure
* Valid driver's licence
Experience in residential, Level 2 and light commercial work is highly regarded.
