Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior leadership to advise clients at strategic levels
* Provide big‐picture and tactical guidance on technology‐enabled business outcomes
* Lead client engagements and teams to drive innovation, collaboration, productivity improvement, and AI adoption at scale
* Be responsible for project management and associated deliverables
* Develop and evolve employee‐centric experience and organisational transformation strategies, propositions, and solutions
* Support the identification, development, and selling of workplace experience client propositions and pitch in response to market demand and digital trends
* Deliver sales presentations to clients and respond to RFPs aligned with Workplace Experience
* Assume a substantive role in the Advisory Practice with leadership qualities
Skills and Experience
* Experience delivering and selling large, integrated workplace solutions
* Solid consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience strategies
* Workplace solution experience covering one or more of the following:
o Digitally enabled collaboration and knowledge management, and supporting M365 technology and capability
o Digital platforms to promote staff engagement
o AI & agentic governance, value realisation and adoption
o Cultural change & workforce impacts
o Operating model and organisational design
o Process automation and augmentation
* Open to candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane; willingness to travel interstate if required for project requirements
