Clinical Recruitment and Training Lead
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Recruitment and Training Lead to provide strategic direction to our clinical leadership and workforce support teams.
This role will drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols.
The successful candidate will have expertise in Virtual Health Services and patient care quality standards, as well as strong communication, adaptability, and client-focused approach.
They will also have leadership skills with experience in team management, budgeting, and training programs, and a commitment to staying updated on healthcare trends and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Virtual Health teams to enhance recruitment, training processes, and patient care standards.
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define training deliverables and ensure quality care.
* Oversee staff recruitment, management, development, and performance appraisal.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs and staff development initiatives.
* Manage budgets, action research, quality assurance programs, and on-call responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Registered nurse with 3+ years of healthcare experience and AHPRA registration.
* Expertise in Virtual Health Services and patient care quality standards.
* Strong communication, adaptability, and client-focused approach.
* Leadership skills with experience in team management, budgeting, and training programs.
* Expertise in quality governance, accreditation, compliance, and risk management (highly desirable).
* Knowledge in clinical Learning Management Systems and industry best practices (highly desirable).
