Key Responsibilities
* Enter customer purchases and supplier invoices into accounting software
* Record and track files
* Review purchase invoices
* E-file documents and maintain organized digital records
* Manage a designated email account for accounts-related correspondence
* Manage supplier credits and returns
* Ad hoc accounts orientated tasks
What We're Looking For
* Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in accounts or administration is highly desirable
