This opportunity is a 6 month temporary contract with the high potential for permanency.
Hours can be flexible between 8-4 or 9-5 part time (4 days a week) may be considered as well.
Location: (Mile End) Inner Western Suburbs, Adelaide
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Making appointments and changing appointments as necessary
- Sending appointment confirmations to patients
- Backing up the team by typing up patient records and reports
- Working effectively with physicians and taking on feedback to improve processes
- Maintaining high attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all work
- Adhering to high standards in all aspects of work
**About You**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to complete typing tests for formatting and tables
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work effectively with physicians and take on feedback to improve processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Note: working weeks may fluctuate between 3-5 days per week.
Medical receptionist experience is highly regarded.
