Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled Administrative Officer. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative services including filing, records management, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, photocopying, and compilation of manuals and reports.
You will utilise your intermediate computer skills across various operating systems to coordinate office systems, procedures, and organisational methods to improve office efficiency in accordance with policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to staff members
* Manage and maintain accurate records and files
* Respond to incoming enquiries and provide information in a timely and effective manner
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes
Requirements
* Experience working in customer-facing roles with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
* Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new systems
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment
* Valid Driver's License and willingness and ability to travel
