We're looking for a warm, customer-focused professional to join our growing Workplace Concierge team at Auxus, supporting NSW Government workplaces across rural and regional NSW.
If you enjoy being the person who makes others feel welcome, keeps things running smoothly, and brings calm confidence to a busy front desk — this is a role where you'll be valued, supported, and given room to grow.
The role: Workplace Services Support
As the Workplace Services Support, you'll be the central point of contact for employees and visitors. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, provide practical support, and help maintain a professional and welcoming workplace environment.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys a mix of hospitality, administration and people-focused support.

What your day might include
* Greeting and assisting employees and visitors with a professional, friendly approach
* Visitor registration support and issuing access passes
* Responding to email and phone enquiries in a timely manner
* Delivering building inductions to new employees, contractors and visitors
* Managing mail, parcels and deliveries (and keeping people informed)
* Meeting room support — ensuring rooms are set, stocked and ready for use
* Daily walkthroughs of the workspace to maintain presentation standards
* Reporting maintenance/cleaning issues and supporting follow-up
* Monitoring stationery and kitchen supplies, restocking when required
About you
You'll bring a customer-first mindset and the ability to keep things organised and running smoothly.
You'll likely have:
* Experience in reception, front office, hospitality, administration or customer service
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A genuine passion for people and service excellence
* Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
* Confidence juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Solid computer skills (email, basic systems, simple admin tasks)
* A team-first approach with the ability to work independently when needed
