Maintenance Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to lead our advanced manufacturing team at Edinburgh Parks SA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising maintenance across CNC machining and electronics, ensuring minimal downtime through proactive and corrective measures, coordinating service providers, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute daily maintenance plans across CNC machining and precision electronics.
* Minimise equipment downtime through efficient preventative and corrective maintenance strategies.
* Coordinate OEMs and service providers to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
* Lead maintenance scheduling, CMMS data accuracy (e.g., Oracle), and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure adherence to industry standards, such as AS**** and ISO *****, as well as internal guidelines.
* Drive root cause analysis, reliability investigations, and mentor technicians to foster collaboration with production and engineering teams.
