* Lead and support workshop staff to deliver high-quality service
* Manage daily operations, job scheduling, and customer communication
* Monitor workshop performance, costs, and labour efficiency
* Ensure safety, compliance, and clean work environments
* Drive continuous improvement and team development
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors
What You'll Bring:
* Trade qualified heavy-duty mechanic or equivalent
* Proven workshop or people management experience in a hands‐on environment
* Strong communication and mentoring skills
