**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess partitions to determine plaster layout
- Measure, mark, and cut materials to accurate dimensions
- Lift, position, and secure plasterboard to walls, battens, or ceilings using appropriate tools (nails, screws, etc.)
- Fit and install mouldings as required
- Seal all joins and screws with a sealing compound and smooth surfaces using sandpaper or power sanders
- Utilize hand tools such as Stanley knives, hammers, tape measures, levels, hand trowels, sanding blocks, hand saws, and screwdrivers (familiarity with these tools is advantageous)
- Ensure fireproofing materials are properly bonded with plaster and other materials where necessary
- Determine plasterboard layout, install insulation and vapor barriers
- Prepare and secure corner beads, fix pre-cast cornices, panel moldings, and ceiling centers
- Cover joins and nail holes with wet plaster and sealing compounds, smoothing with wet brushes and sandpaper
- Plumb and straighten corners, angles, and wall and ceiling surfaces
- Create decorative textures in finishing coats
- Install, test, and adjust electric and mechanical components of lifts
- Install Foam and Hebel
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- AQF Certificate III or IV in Solid Plastering or a related field

Pay: $73,150.00 - $85,000.00 per year
