The scope of the role is focused on streamlining documentation processes and rewriting playbooks to improve project handovers and team onboarding.Full time in-office for the first month, then up to 2 days WFH.Key responsibilitiesSupporting documentation needs across multiple projects—not tied to any single streamRewriting and standardising playbooks to improve cross-project agilityJumping in quickly and delivering without needing extensive onboardingCollaborating with various teams to ensure documentation is clear, compliant, and accessibleEssential criteriaMinimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Document ControllerStrong familiarity with mining sector terminology, workflows, and documentation standardsExperience using InEight (preferred) or similarSomeone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments and can work independentlyHow to applyTo submit your application, please apply online using the appropriate link below.
