About The Role:Our client is looking for aa proactive Customer Service Team Leader to oversee one of their offshore service partners, ensuring smooth delivery of administrative and customer support operations. You'll manage performance, lead regular reviews, resolve escalations and work closely with internal teams and retail partners to drive service excellence, manage risks and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*

* Oversee performance and service delivery of the offshore operations team.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, retail partners and field staff.
* Monitor key performance metrics and lead regular business reviews.
* Identify risks, process gaps and opportunities for service improvement.
* Handle escalations, complex customer cases and claim approvals.
* Manage cost reconciliation, reporting and invoicing activities.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About YOU:

* Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Ability to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment.
