About the Role
As
Practice Manager
, you will oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring our clinicians can provide exceptional patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading day-to-day practice operations and administration
Supporting administrative and clinical teams
Overseeing NDIS processes, compliance and reporting
Rostering and scheduling
Managing customer experience and service flow
Coordinating private hospital, clinic and community-based programs
Building strong relationships with patients, partners and stakeholders
You will work closely with clinicians across settings including the Mater Private Hospital Specialist Suites where your primary office will be based.
What We're Looking For
You will be someone who:
Brings
experience in practice management, operations management
, or
health/medical administration
Has experience with—or is eager to learn—
NDIS processes and compliance
Communicates
clearly and professionally
Learns quickly and adapts to a dynamic environment
Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Presents professionally and represents our team with pride
Enjoys supporting staff and contributing to a great workplace culture
Is ready to go all-in for Physio Plus
