We22re looking for a talented Architect or Designer to join our Brisbane Living team and play a key role across a diverse mix of large-scale multi-residential projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to a creative, confident all-rounder who is equally comfortable designing, documenting and delivering. You2ll contribute to concept development, and help shape project narratives alongside our studio leaders.
What You2ll Do
* Work across all project phases - from early concept to final delivery
* Collaborate with internal project teams to understand and develop the design and documentation in response to stakeholder requirements
* Prepare presentations and visualisations using Revit, Enscape, InDesign & Photoshop
* Work closely with senior project architects to preserve design intent from concept to completion
* Present ideas clearly - visually, verbally and in writing
* Support project leaders in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Receive mentorship and support, working alongside highly experienced, collaborative Project Leaders and Principals
What You2ll Bring
* Minimum of 3 years post-graduate (M.Arch) experience
* Prior experience working across all stages of large-scale residential projects
* Well-developed Revit and documentation skills
* Knowledge of BCA/NCC, Australian Standards and local materials/suppliers, particularly with regards to residential projects
* Creative problem-solving and a methodical, proactive approach
* Design excellence in all you do, from project inception to completion
* A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
