The position:
We are seeking a dedicated Dairy Plant Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment and processes involved in the production and packaging of high-quality dairy products. Your duties will include performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
This is a full-time position.
To succeed in this role, you'll be a reliable team player who supports others and takes initiative. You'll bring a strong understanding of production, safety, and quality systems—and won't hesitate to get hands-on when needed.

* Ability to follow work instructions accurately
* Willingness to learn and adapt, with a proactive, "can do" attitude
* Confident in troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Comfortable working both independently and in a team
* A current forklift license and valid driver's license (preferred)
* Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment
* Clear and effective communication skills
* Previous experience in food manufacturing (preferred)
* Proficiency in operating systems and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Alignment with ProviCo's values and behaviours
