Playing a pivotal role in shaping the marketing direction across both B2B and B2C channels.
Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, and support commercial growth. You'll collaborate closely with sales, creative, product, and leadership teams to deliver compelling, insight-led campaigns that showcase craftsmanship, innovation, and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Leadership
* Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the organisation's vision and each product brand's unique identity.
* Maintain and refine brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
* Oversee photoshoots, direction, and shot planning in partnership with the creative team.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic brand positioning.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
* Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, media, events, and owned channels.
* Conduct market research, performance analysis, and collaborate with sales to support product launches and revenue growth.
* Oversee creation of marketing collateral, content, and copywriting.
* Regularly update and review company websites to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Digital Marketing & Media
* Lead digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social content, and paid media.
* Develop engaging content calendars, captions, and scheduling across digital platforms.
* Manage external agencies and reporting for digital performance and media spend.
Communications & PR
* Support internal communication initiatives to keep teams informed and aligned.
* Partner with PR agencies to deliver press releases, media kits, and manage media relationships.
* Support crisis management communications when required.
Events Management
* Manage the full events calendar, including product launches, trade shows, and brand activations.
* Coordinate vendors, budgets, logistics, and content capture before, during and after events.
* Represent the organisation at events, with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.

* Proven experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles—ideally within premium, luxury, retail, or design-led environments.
* Strong capability in campaign development, brand guardianship, and digital marketing execution.
* Skilled stakeholder manager with experience collaborating across internal teams and external agencies.
* Excellent communication, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
