About the role
Connect Cleaning Group is looking for a reliable and experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Rutherford, NSW 2320. This is a casual/part time role, but can grow into increased hours offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with an industry-leading cleaning services provider.
We are looking to fill two roles.
Position 1 - Part Time
Start times are 6.30am Monday to Friday with finishing times varied but 15+ hours per week. Additional hours at other sites would be available also if wanted.
What you'll be doing
* Perform general cleaning duties in commercial and office spaces, as well as specialist areas of a medical facility including vacuuming, dusting, sanitising bathrooms, use of cleaning equipment and emptying bins.
* Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, meeting our strict quality control requirements.
* Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the team.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with clients
* Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety
Position 2 - Full Time
Start times are 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday. This is a Full Time position for initially 3 months but could be a permanent role following the initial 3 months.
What you'll be doing
* Perform cleaning duties in a medical production environment.
* Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, meeting our strict quality control requirements.
* Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the team.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with clients.
* Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a commercial cleaner, preferably in an office or similar setting
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Physical fitness and stamina to complete cleaning duties
* Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
