Relief Customer Advisor | Joondalup - Perth | WA

Your role as a Relief Customer Advisorputs you in the driver's seat of our service delivery, giving you the autonomy to do what you do best - helping customers achieve their banking goals across a range of branches.

Whetheryou'reassistingcustomers with transactions, educating them about our onlineplatformsor recommending products and services that best suit their needs,you'llvalue how it feels to make a difference in people's lives.

In this dynamic and high-impact role,you'llmake your mark by:

Exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and collaborating with different specialists within different branches.

Keeping up with constant change.You'llsupport our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.

Being an ambassador for our brand. Become the branches andcustomers'specialist for processing transactions, handling cash, investigatingqueriesorassistingwith paperwork, all while keeping risk considerations at the forefront.

This is a permanent position; full-time hours working between Joondalup and Perth branches in the WA region. Having flexibility by working between the two branches will allow you to have genuine variety, where relief travel allowances will also apply.The roster is 76 hours a fortnight.

Transport to both branches is essential for this role.

What you'll bring to the role

To succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We'd love you to have:

* Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets
* Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
* Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different
* A knack for teamwork - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
* Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential
