We’re on the lookout for a Community Manager to join our team at our Wagga Wagga Gardens site.
The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Community including asset enhancement, financial and people management, resident satisfaction, risk and legislative compliance as well as increasing long term occupancy and maintaining the Community to a high standard.
Wagga Wagga is a vibrant regional city in New South Wales, known for its beautiful parks, rich arts scene, and welcoming community. Nestled along the Murrumbidgee River, it’s a hub for culture, sport, and country charm.

In this Role, You’ll
- Lead daily operations to ensure the Community is clean, compliant, and delivering high-quality services to residents.
- Manage staff, contractors, and resources effectively, while maintaining a welcoming and safe environment.
- Support resident wellbeing through proactive communication, inspections, and emergency response.
- Coordinate tenancy paperwork, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with legislation and lease agreements.
- Promote the Community through events, networking, and marketing, while building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
You’re Likely a Match If You
- Take safety seriously and follow WHS policies, use approved chemicals, and wear PPE when required.
- Proactively identify and report hazards, conduct daily site inspections, and keep communal areas safe and compliant.
- Are confident managing kitchen audits, food safety plans, and council requirements.
- Ensure only approved contractors and equipment are used on site, maintaining a secure and well-managed environment.
- Prioritise resident safety and ensure adequate staffing and support is always in place.
