We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major ERP transformation program, supporting a large-scale migration from legacy ERP to SAP S/4HANA. This is a pivotal opportunity to contribute to one of Australia's most strategic digital initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong SAP functional background, who can bridge the gap between business needs and IT delivery to help shape a future-fit S/4HANA roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business unit leaders and program stakeholders to shape and align the S/4HANA roadmap with organisational goals. Lead discovery workshops to capture business requirements, identify pain points, and translate these into actionable system migration strategies. Develop business cases, process maps, and impact assessments to inform design and investment decisions. Support key test phases including SIT, UAT and PVT, ensuring readiness across functional teams. Work closely with delivery teams to guide requirement definition, solution design and successful implementation. Ideal Candidate Will Have: 5 years of SAP Business Analysis experience within major transformation programs (S/4HANA experience highly regarded). Deep experience working across business functions, engaging with senior stakeholders to develop strategic system solutions. Strong analytical and documentation skills - ability to develop business cases, user stories, process flows, and reports for executive-level audiences. Expertise in Agile, PMBOK or BABOK frameworks; CBAP certification highly desirable. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a confident presence in executive settings.
