Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Possability

What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead the development and execution of workforce plans aligned to demand, service delivery, and operational goals
* Oversee end-to-end forecasting, scheduling, and rostering across a complex 24/7 national environment
* Deliver data-driven insights into workforce utilisation, turnover, and productivity
* Optimise workforce management systems for greater accuracy, visibility, and efficiency
* Lead and coach a high-performing team of WFM professionals, fostering growth and capability
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational and compliance requirements

Location
* Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne.
What you'll Bring:
* 5–7 years of experience leading workforce planning teams in a complex, regulated, or high-volume setting
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop specialist teams
* Strong skills in workforce analytics and reporting
* Proficiency with tools such as Emplive, Kronos, UKG, SAP, Quinyx, or similar
* Solid understanding of relevant awards, compliance obligations, and rostering legislation
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly Desirable:
* Experience working in a 24/7 service model within the NFP or broader health/community sector
* Confidence interpreting multiple Awards or EBA's
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
