Summary:
The Door Frame Scheduler plays a crucial role in the team by ensuring the timely and efficient scheduling of door frames.
This position is essential for maintaining workflow and meeting customer demands, contributing to the overall success of the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing frame orders for manufacturing
* Liaising with clients on project specifications, compliance requirements and design options
* Initiate projects from sales to design
* Coordinate scheduling of projects, liaising with client to deliver the project
* Assist with generating cost estimates when required
* Respond to customer queries on door frame design
* Maintain strong client relationships, liaise with clients regarding their requirements
* Review building codes, fire requirements, and project specifications to deliver project
* Liaise with the client to receive approvals for manufacture
* Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
Skills and Experience
* Understanding of construction principles, materials and building methods, training will be provided
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, training will be provided.
* Strong numerical and analytical ability with excellent attention to detail
* Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
