Our client is an established Australian owned operation out of the Central Coast, operating multiple companies in the industrial manufacturing and chemicals industries. They are looking to bring onboard a hands on, finance specialist who will also take on an oversight of day to day operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a great opportunity to play an integral role in a small team, to drive performance and ensure consistency. This will require you to:
* Oversee the finance function across multiple companies
* Drive margin improvement and pricing discipline
* Optimise cash flow, and working capital
* Contribute as part of the leadership team
* Support day to day operations when required
Ideally you will have:
* 5+ years of experience of leading a finance function in small to medium sized businesses
* Qualification as a chartered accountant
* Relevant tertiary experience
* Roll up the sleeves attitude and a willingness to do what is required in order to succeed.
The role is a 12 month fixed term contract, with the opportunity to transition into a full time position, based on performance.
