Opportunity
* Supporting the management of a growing rental portfolio
* Communicating with prospective tenants
* Coordinating maintenance and property inspections
* Assisting with leasing, applications, and admin tasks
* Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
* Supporting the Senior Property Managers with any ad‐hoc duties
Person
* Must have real estate experience, ideally in property management
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, can‐do attitude
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Passion for real estate and customer service
* Current Certificate of Registration / Licence
* Current Drivers Licence
