You will contribute to a variety of major infrastructure projects, as well as industrial and commercial developments, while learning to design in a range of structural materials under the guidance of our senior engineers. You will gain valuable experience across various engineering streams in our flexible work environment. With offices nationwide, there are opportunities for inter-office engagement throughout your tenure. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Apply engineering fundamentals to solve intermediate to advanced engineering solutionsLiaise with clients, design technicians, and team members to deliver practical solutionsPrepare fee proposals and tender documentationProvide technical guidance to junior team membersUndertake site inspections to brief clients and scope workWhat You BringExperience in structural engineering designBachelor of Civil Engineering or higher qualificationStrong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving mentalityExcellent report writing skillsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with colleagues and clients3D modelling experience, preferably with SpaceGass; experience with other analysis packages is also welcomeStrong knowledge of engineering first principlesSketch production skillsAn enthusiastic engineer eager to experience a broad range of structural disciplinesA self-directed learner capable of dissecting engineering standards and applying concepts under supervisionDeveloping strong project management skillsStrong attention to detailExtensive experience in concrete and steel designWhy Join UsWe're a friendly team passionate about our work.
