**About the Role**
The primary focus of the role is to manage CTM's preferred partnerships and negotiate contractual terms with those partners on an ongoing basis. This role will manage CTM's partnerships in Australia and New Zealand.

**Responsibilities**
- **Negotiate multi-level airline deals**:

- Maintain existing car hire relationships
- Negotiate best in market hotels partnerships
- Negotiate financial services agreements
- Management of consortia partnerships
- Devise strategic plans for preferred agreements
- Shared ownership of tourism body relationships
- Recognise opportunities for new supplier partnerships
- Manage cruise and tour operator partnerships
- Develop value proposition documents for CTM brands highlighting USP's for each brand
- Update and maintain market intel reports for hotels and airline suppliers
- Establish wholesale product opportunities
- Manage Lanyon relationship
- Provide support for Flybuys partnership opportunities
- Negotiate supplier sponsorships
- Establish brand aligned product across all of CTM brands

**Education and Experience**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in supplier negotiations
- Qualified and or trained in advanced negotiation skills
- Experience in dealing with B to B Hotel content providers
- Experience in dealing with multiple industry segments outside in addition to corporate
