Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team and assist in the efficient management of various tasks.
This role involves providing support with customer requests, data management, claims processing, and month-end reconciliations.
* Manage administration of pricing, rebates, and customer claims effectively.
* Review and process customer quotation requests in a timely manner.
* Investigate and resolve issues related to pricing, deliveries, and account queries.
* Ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation during end-of-month cycles.
* Maintain and update customer master data records accurately.
About the Administrative Role
* Previous experience in commercial or general office administration is required.
* Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Salesforce (or similar systems) is necessary.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly are essential.
* A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills are required.
