360 Personnel are looking for a full time Administration/ Payroll assistant to join our team. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm this role is an integral part of the business.
**Responsibilities & Duties will include**:
- Accounts: -Accounts receivable and payable, also
Other reporting and tasks as assigned
- General reception and administration duties
- Supporting managers and Directors
**Experience Required**:
- 3-5 years in a bookkeeping role with similar responsibilities
- Qualification preferred but not essential
- Experience with Xero accounting software preferred
- Familiarity with the Microsoft office suite of programs
- Ability to work as part of a wider team
- Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
