1. Working in a team portfolio-based property management
2. Provide high-quality service to both owners and occupiers
3. Processing tenancy applications
4. Preparing lease agreements and managing authorities
5. Managing lease renewal, rent review processes and preparing documentation.
6. Assisting with property inspections
7. Organise and manage repairs and maintenance works
8. Minimise and maintain rental arrears
9. Assisting with accounts/invoice management.

The Successful Candidate
1. Passion for Property Management and helping people
2. Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (formerly Agents Rep Course) and Police Check (or willing to complete)
3. Current Victorian Driver's License.
4. Great organizational/time management
5. Strong communication skills with ability to build genuine relationships
6. Positive 'can do' attitude
7. High professional standards/personal integrity
