We are looking for a motivated and driven Senior Business Development Representative with essential experience in the automotive industry and, ideally, a background in the automotive and or metal industries to join our team and help expand our client base.
Role Overview
As our Business Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in increasing our client portfolio through strategic outreach and relationship building. We’re looking for someone sales-focused, proactive, and ready to make an impact from day one.
Duties
Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients to introduce our services and identify new business opportunities.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they see us as a valuable partner.
RM Management: Accurately log all interactions, updates, and insights in the CRM to maintain a explicit sales pipeline.
Appointment Setting: Schedule presentations and meetings for deeper engagement with prospective clients.
Market Awareness: Identify and report on trends or opportunities in the market that may benefit our business strategy.
Skills and experience
Essential experience as a BDR
Previous experience with using electronic email marketing along with other digital marketing
Experience in mechanical or metal trade industries desirable
A self-starter with a proven track record in sales, particularly in a remote or business development role.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Reliable Wi-Fi connection and Laptop
Ability to work Sydney hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm).
