About The Role
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and will play an essential role in representing our business! Customers are the key to our continued success, and this role will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time!
In This Role You Will
* Provide excellent customer service by phone, email.
* Process orders promptly and accurately.
* Provide sales and support using your product knowledge.
* Keep customers updated and informing them of order updates.
* Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport.
* Perform additional duties as needed.
* For the first 4–6 weeks, you will work at the Oxley display on Fridays to gain product knowledge; otherwise, the role is primarily office‐based.
Your hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. You will work from home on Fridays.

* Customer service experience
* Exceptional communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with accurate data‐entry abilities
* Positive attitude and strong problem solving skills
