See more at our website: DescriptionAbout The Role — The Graphic Designer supports the development and execution of creative solutions that effectively communicate with key audiences and promote ATSICHS Brisbane's projects, programs and services.
Working under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer, they contribute to the Marketing and Communications team by designing print and digital media that inspires and informs.
They assist in maintaining the organisation's brand and visual identity, ensuring consistency and professionalism in communication materials.
This includes following brand guidelines, organising digital assets and applying design standards across various projects.DutiesAssist with the design, layout and production of internal and external creative solutions, including print and digital materials, from project brief to delivery.Create and source visual elements, such as logos, photos, graphics, and illustrations, to effectively communicate key messages.Work with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure consistent application of ATSICHS Brisbane brand across all materials and platforms.Assist in gathering feedback on branding efforts and contribute to improvements by implementing updates as directed.Support collaboration with stakeholders across departments by attending briefings, understanding project requirements and ensuring design outputs meet expectations.Provide creative and technical advice, ensuring consistency and quality of design across various projects.Support the development of communication and promotional materials in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team, ensuring alignment with project brief.Provide service delivery in line with your team's Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a key focus on customer service.Culture & BenefitsPermanent full time position.Starting Salary of $82,732 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).
Supportive and collaborative team of dedicated professionals.Skills and ExperiencesCOVID-19 RequirementsImmunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine is encouraged.RequiredDiploma in Design or relevant field.Minimum three years' experience in a graphic design-related role.Demonstrated ability to create concepts for a variety of print, online and digital platforms.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage projects from inception to completion and meet performance outcomes.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality work.Experience in print management and pre-press processes.PreferredBachelor's Degree in Design or relevant field.Strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and artwork.Experience in multimedia content creation, including video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro), motion graphics (Adobe After Effects), and photography using a DSLR.Additional RequirementsNational Police Certificate.Current Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or eligible to apply.Driver's Licence.Evidence of Work Rights.Travel between work sites on a regular basis.How To ApplyIf this sounds like you, please submit your application by following the links on the recruitment page.
