* Manage a caseload across Workers' Compensation & WA Police portfolios
* Deliver rehabilitation, RTW & injury management services
* Build stakeholder relationships and manage key accounts
* Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
* Achieve billable targets & generate repeat referrals
* Contribute to team growth, mentoring (Lead level) and service development - Metro-based with optional regional travel

The Perfect Candidate
* AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist; ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist or ASORC-accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
* 2+ years' Workplace Rehabilitation or Injury Management experience
* Suit an established Consultant ready for the next step
* Strong organisation, communication & stakeholder management skills
* Team-oriented and able to work independently
