Project Manager — Pipelines
As a key member of our Victorian Construction (Pipelines) business, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of projects across the South Eastern region.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the management and coordination of multiple projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets
* Coordinate and lead site meetings, toolbox talks, and other project-related activities
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in a major infrastructure environment
* Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Highly developed problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
