Executive Assistant | 6-Month Fixed Term Contract Support the Chief People Officer | Global ASX Listed FMCG Organisation An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to join a globally recognised ASX-listed FMCG organisation in a 6-month fixed term contract supporting the Chief People Officer. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative and high-performing environment, this role will see you partnering closely with a dynamic and influential executive while acting as a key support across the wider People & Culture function. The Role As the trusted right hand to the CPO, you will provide high-level executive support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of a busy and ever-changing schedule. You will be proactive in your approach, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities within a global business environment. Key responsibilities will include: Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones Coordinating complex travel arrangements and itineraries Preparation of presentations, reports and board documentation Managing meetings, agendas and action items Stakeholder liaison across senior leadership teams globally Supporting People & Culture initiatives, events and projects Expense management and general administrative support Acting as a true business partner to the CPO and wider team About You You are an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced corporate environments and enjoys being one step ahead. You are professional, adaptable and possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships across all levels of a business.
